Login to verval pd enter your user name, password and the code from the image
select edit the data and then select the name and birth date of filing
select the name of the student
the contents of the old name with the new name
the contents of the old birth date with the new date of birth
the contents of the document changes to the data scanned birth certificate / card family with the file type (jpg, png) and then select the filing of change is complete ......
